Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost?
Spend $100 and over and we will ship your order for free!   A flat fee of $8 applies to all orders under $100. We do ship internationally to various countries and postage will be calculated at the checkout..

When can I expect to receive my order?
We send all parcels from Brisbane via E-Parcel Post.  Small orders will be sent express providing overnight delivery to 80% of Australian addresses. Larger orders will arrive at most addresses within 1-3 days.  Orders placed before 12pm AEST are usually shipped the same business day. If your order is urgent, please call us on (07) 3352 5777 for further advice. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday excluding QLD Public Holidays.  

How can I track delivery of my order?
Once your order has been approved and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number for your parcel which you can use to trace your delivery on the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/
