REFUNDS: 
We inspect all returns for signs of wear not limited to perfume smells, removed tags and soiling.  Only items received back to our store within 30 days of the purchase date will be considered for refund.  Any items that do not meet our quality checks or meet the terms and conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.  Return payments are processed through our secure external payment processing facility in can take up to 5 days from processing to reach the customer's bank account.  Postage costs are not refunded. 
FAULTY ITEMS: 
We thoroughly inspect every item before we send it out to you. In the rare event you have received an incorrect order or a faulty garment, please contact us via email at customerservice@glowmama.com.au or call us on (07) 3352 5777. We will pay for the return of your parcel and source a new garment for you.  If a replacement garment is not available, we will issue you a refund or credit upon return of the faulty items.
MISSING PARCELS:
Allow up to seven working days for your parcel to reach you in peak times.  If your parcel has not been received within this time, please contact Australia Post with your tracking details to lodge an enquiry. On the rare occasion that the parcel has been deemed lost by the delivery service, we will replace the item or provide a store credit once a full investigation has taken place.
SUPPLY OF ITEMS:
On the rare occasion we are unable to fulfil your order due to inaccurate stock levels or items not meeting our quality inspection, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be issued a refund or offered an alternative product or given a future date within which we can supply the product to you.  We cannot be held liable for any issues that arise due to the inability to supply an ordered product.

 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT:

  • To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.
  • That all orders are subject to availability of stock
  • To take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide
  • To cancel an order the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or due to incorrect information received by our suppliers
