Orders are shipped via the Australia Post Express parcel network providing overnight delivery to 80% of Australian addresses. Orders above $100AUD are shipped free of charge. All other orders are subject to a flat rate postage fee of $8 within Australia.
Orders to New Zealand are shipped via the Australia Post International network for a flat fee of $15.
GlowMama ships orders from our Brisbane boutique Monday - Friday excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 12pm AEST are usually shipped the same business day. If your order is urgent, please call us on (07) 3352 5777 for further advice.
Once your order has been approved and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number for your parcel which you can use to trace your delivery on the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/
At this time we only ship to Australian & New Zealand addresses. Please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery of your parcel. Undeliverable parcels will be rerouted to the closest post office to be collected by the customer.
Please ensure your address details are correct upon placing your order. Once orders have been dispatched, regrettably we are unable to reroute parcels or change the delivery address.
Allow up to seven working days for your parcel to reach you in peak times. If your parcel has not been received within this time, please contact Australia Post with your tracking details to lodge an enquiry. On the rare occasion that the parcel has been deemed lost by the delivery service, we will replace the item or provide a store credit once a full investigation has taken place.
We close 24/12-1/1 every year for a little break so any orders placed during this period will be dispatched on the first business day of the new year.
Returns & Refunds
Return any webstore purchase for any reason (including sale items) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Just make sure the garment is in original condition with tags attached, has not been altered or worn.
You will receive a returns for in your parcel, please assist us in processing your refund/return promptly by filling in the details and including the form in your return parcel. The costs of returning items to GlowMama are to be covered by the customer. In the event you would like to exchange an item, GlowMama will pay for the return post for the first exchange for the order. Any further exchanges on the same item will be charged an $8 freight free.
Returns will be checked for signs of wear not limited to perfume smells and stains. Any item not meeting our criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.
We cannot take liability for parcels lost en route to our store, so please consider insuring your parcel or sending it via a traceable postage service.

We aim to process all returns within 48hours of receiving them. Refunded payments through our secure payment processor can take up to 5 days to reach your account.
We thoroughly inspect every item before we send it out to you. In the rare event you have received an incorrect order or a faulty garment, please contact us via email at email@example.com or call us on (07) 3352 5777. We will pay for the return of your parcel and source a new garment for you. If a replacement garment is not available, we will issue you a refund or credit upon return of the faulty item.
