Orders are shipped via the Australia Post Express parcel network. Orders above $100AUD are shipped free of charge. All other orders are subject to a flat rate postage fee of $8 within Australia.
Glow Mama ships orders from our Brisbane boutique Monday - Friday excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been approved and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number for your parcel which you can use to trace your delivery on the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/
At this time we only ship to Australian addresses. Please ensure your address details are correct upon placing your order. Once orders have been dispatched, regrettably we are unable to reroute parcels or change the delivery address.
Allow up to seven working days for your parcel to reach you in peak times. If your parcel has not been received within this time, please contact Australia Post with your tracking details to lodge an enquiry. On the rare occasion that the parcel has been deemed lost by the delivery service, we will replace the item or provide a store credit once a full investigation has taken place.
Returns & Refunds
SALE ITEMS: Please note you will only be issued a credit note for sale items that are returned due to change of mind, incorrect size purchased, dislike of fit and/or style of the item. You may use this credit note to purchase an alternative product online.
FULL PRICE ITEMS: You may return any full priced webstore purchase for any reason within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
To process a return:
- Log into your account by clicking on MY ORDERS under the MY ACCOUNT menu at the bottom of the page on our webstore. If you did not create an account at the time of your order, please use the email address you used on checkout.
- Click on ‘View’ to select the order you wish to return and click on “Return item(s)” to fill out our easy online return form. Within this section, you will also choose whether you’d prefer a refund, store credit or exchange, as well as the reason for the return.
- After completing the online return form, pack and send your return to GlowMama Maternity, 3 Days Road, Grange QLD 4051
• Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached. Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact.
• Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns will be checked for signs of wear not limited to perfume smells and stains. Any item not meeting our criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.
We cannot take liability for parcels lost en route to our store, so please consider insuring your parcel or sending it via a traceable postage service.
We aim to process all returns within 48hours of receiving them. Refunded payments through our secure payment processor can take up to 5 days to reach your account.
We thoroughly inspect every item before we send it out to you. In the rare event you have received an incorrect order or a faulty garment, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on (07) 3352 5777. We will pay for the return of your parcel and source a new garment for you. If a replacement garment is not available, we will issue you a refund or credit upon return of the faulty item.
